- The Application for Round #2 consists of four parts:
- First, all of the following three documents are required forms for all applications:
- Second, your application must also address one of the six program areas below. Please pick one program area below for your application and complete only that form (do not send in blank forms for other program areas). Continuation pages can be used for any program area.

Applications for CLG staff, historic resources commission members, and others to travel to the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions’ biennial conference (FORUM) in Tacoma, Washington on July 22-26, 2020 will not be accepted at this time. Applications to request subgrant support for travel, lodging, and per diem to attend this conference will be available on November 1, 2019.
Subgrants can support public education, surveys, planning, archaeological investigations, and building rehabilitation. Private property owners are not eligible. Resources must be listed in the National Register of Historic Places to be eligible for grant-assisted rehabilitation projects. HPF subgrant funds are supplied by the National Park Service (NPS) and come from offshore oil and gas lease fees.
