FORUM 2026 TRAVEL APPLCATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
Application for Public Education Program Area, FORUM TRAVEL only: We encourage all CLG staff, commission members, and elect officials to attend the upcoming National Alliance of Preservation Commissions' biennial conference FORUM in Minneapolis, Minnesota from July 22, 2026 - July 26, 2026.
This is the only national conference focused on the issues facing local historic preservation commissions and historic districts. This biennial conference offers dozens of educational sessions and discussion panels, mobile workshops and tours, and five days of non-stop networking for staff and volunteers representing local, state and national organizations and government agencies.

- The application package must inlcude:

A signed Equal Opportunity Statement or equivalent if not previously provided in a prior year.

Debarment Certification Form for “Lower Tier Covered Transactions” [check Part B and sign]

HPF Travel Authorization and Budget Form - (See tabs for each form)

Complete Travel Cost Worksheet Tab for each traveler.

Complete one (1) Total Budget Form for all travelers together.

Include Event agenda and/or program details
To request reimbursement, each traveler must complete and sign a Travel Expense Reimbursement Claim and attach the appropriate documentation.
